We’d like to let you know that we’re making some important updates to our Gambling Commission licence (account number 20259) and whilst we do this, we’re required to suspend the Mencap Weekly Lottery draw as of 8th September 2023, until these updates have all been completed.

This is just a temporary suspension of our lottery, and the draws will resume again very soon. During this suspension period, your payments will be put on hold, and we won’t be collecting any payments from players during this time. Any current credit in your player account will remain until the draws resume and we’ll be in touch to let you know as soon as your entries are back in the draw.

Please note that your lottery numbers won’t be entered into any draws following 8th September 2023 (and until the lottery draws resume), so you won’t be eligible to win during this suspension period.
